Who is the programme for?
The Incentive Partner programme is for streamers, content creators, community organisers and businesses that can connect their communities with our grading services. We consider your community connections, submission potential and how you could contribute. Applications are reviewed individually.
How do I apply?
Select ‘Express Interest’ and complete the application form. Our team will review your application and contact you about the next steps. Submitting an application does not automatically grant Incentive Partner status.
How do GEMs work?
GEMs are our store credit, earned on eligible submissions. Each GEM is worth S$1 in store credit and can be used towards eligible grading fees and Concept Grading retail product orders on your account that are ready for payment. GEMs cannot be cashed out or transferred.
Is there a submission requirement?
Submission activity is part of the programme. Any submission expectation that applies to your partnership will be communicated to you separately. Meaningful promotion and community involvement may also be considered when we review participation, but they do not automatically replace an agreed submission expectation.
Do I have to create content?
No. Regular content creation is not required for every partner. You can contribute through submissions, community involvement or sharing genuine experiences. GEMs are currently earned through eligible submissions, not for creating content.
Can I submit cards for friends or customers?
Yes. You can submit cards for yourself, your friends or your customers. Customer tagging lets you link submitted cards to their owners so they can follow progress and view grades through their own dashboards.
Can my business propose a different collaboration?
Yes. We welcome ideas from businesses across industries, including campaigns, events and shared customer experiences. Select ‘Share your idea’ to tell us about your proposal. Business collaboration enquiries are reviewed separately from IP applications.
